Personal Wellness
Do you think you are healthy? Why or why not?

Well Yes and no, I have no heart problems, i'm not over weight, and i'm not a stick. On the other hand I dont work out like I'm suposed to, 3 times a week. I do know if you put me on a mountain or give me something active i love to do I'll be as fit as yoiu want me to and I'll go twice as long as those who work out. Kayanna Wade
I'm healthy because I'm not over weight, don't have any heart problems, and when I get done doing home work and\or any thing else that I have to do I got outside and skateboard, ride my bike, walk, and other things that I can do.
Yes i think im healthy. I do some type of excersise everyday in athlectics. My mom is trying to lose weight and eat better and my dad is a health nut. They influence my diet in a very good, healthy way.
Im healthy I whould say, but Im not in perfect shape. Im very active in Jrotc.. I walk with my mom at nights. I eat healthy. I think I'm average, but I could lose some weight.
I dont feel like teaching this week. Do you ever have a week like that? When you just feel run down and tired? Maybe it's the change in the weather? I do love this autumnal weather so maybe I just want to be outside.
But I keep pushing myself, because my job IS to TEACH. So I try to improve lessons, try to find the positives. My kids have projects due tomorrow and I hope that will brighten my outlook. Often times their creativity surprises me.

Yes i do think i am healthy because i run every day of the week for cross country and athletics.
